About Po-Eun
Po-Eun was the pen name of Chong Mong-Chu (1400), a poet whose vow never to serve a second master — though he be killed a hundred times over — is known to every Korean. He was also a pioneer in the field of physics. The single straight line of the diagram reflects his unbending loyalty to king and country in the closing years of the Koryo Dynasty.
