About Eui-Am
Eui-Am was the pen name of Son Byong Hi, who led the Korean independence movement of 1 March 1919. In 1905, at the age of 45, he renamed Dong Hak ('Oriental culture') as Chondo Kyo ('Heavenly way religion'), and the 45 movements mark that. The diagram represents the resolve he showed in working for his nation's prosperity.
